About the event
- What is MexEEdev?
  MexEEdev is Mexico's Electronics and Embedded Developers Forum that aims to enhance the search for innovative technological architecture development and promote the talents of Mexican engineers around the country. MexEEdev days is more than just an event, is a place where you can be with industry professionals and the latest technologies in the market, where the efforts of professionals, academics and high-tech companies converge.
- What are the benefits of attending?
  To raise the curriculum through hands-on workshops and development kits.

- What topics will be addressed at the event?
  Through our activities and technical sessions covering various topics, MexEEdev days supports various areas of development and electronic design, wireless networks, embedded systems, analog and digital systems design.
Registration
- How I can register to the event?
  Registration is done through the form in the registration section of the events web page or you can enter directly through the following Link.
- When is the registration deadline?
  Online registration ends on Friday, September 21st 2012 at 12:00 CST, You can register and make your payment as well directly at the registration area.
- Why can't I register workshops with my access code?
  If your code doesn't let you access to the workshop online registration you might not have made the payment. If you have already paid and still cannot enter the code, please contact us at +52-(33)-3632-5457 or send an email to info@electronicosonline.com
- What do I need to bring to the event?
  You must bring with you a valid official identification to receive the access badge and enter the workshops. Is recommended to include annotations Material (you can bring your laptop), address book and do not forget presentation cards to exchange with other professionals and companies in the industry.
- Do you give any certificate of attendance?
  At the end of the event attendees receive a certificate diploma attesting their participation in the workshops.
- How many workshops can I attend during the event?
  Packages that include access to workshops are allowed to schedule a session per period available. That may be 1 in the morning and 1 in the afternoon of the event.

- What are the costs to attend?
  There are 4 different levels of access to the event, each with different costs and benefits and can be consulted on MexEEdev´s home page. www.mexeedev.com
- What are the payment options?

- Is the deposit for US Dollars or Mexican pesos?
  The deposit or transfer can be eather in dollars or Mexican pesos. For details, email us to info@electronicosonline.com
- Can I request an invoice?
  To receive an invoice is necessary to fill in the registration form the billing information or to send billing data to yolanda.zuniga@mclgx.com.
Discounts
- What discounts does apply for registration?
  You can apply for a discount under the current promotion. There are also special discounts for groups, professors and students. Please consult the information on the home page:www.mexeedev.com
- How I can make valid discount to students and professors?
  For the promotion to be considered as valid it is necessary to send us via email to info@electronicosonline.com a copy of your ID proving you as a student or teacher. Once verification is made we will give you a discount code you must enter when registering.

  The activities held during the event can be found on the Agenda section.
Trainings
- Where I can get information about the workshops and sessions?
  Workshops main information is contained in theTrainings section, where you will find the workshop´s abstract, instructor's name, company that accredits and more information to help you choose the most suitable workshops to your professional development.
- Do I need any specific software or hardware for each workshop?
  The material and presentation format of each workshop depends on the requirements of the programs to be used from the exhibiting company and will be provided the day of the event if required. This information will be contained in the event page in the description of each workshop on the Trainings section.

Hotels
- On Which hotels near the venue can I stay?
  The hotels included in the venue section have an average of 8.0 km away of the venue, and apply a discount to attendees who submit the registration form for MexEEdev days. The discount percentage depends on the management of each hotel.
